Avigayl Leff, LCSW

I have been working in couples counseling for 15+ years. I believe that our relationships are the essence of living and that life should be fun! Good couples therapy will improve your life expectancy and your ability to achieve with joy in all areas of your life.
I earned my Bachelor’s in Organizational Studies from the University of California, at Davis and Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers’s University. I have worked with immigrant families in poverty, suicidal teens and unrepentant criminals but my passion has always been for couples and families. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, as well as Gottman, EFT and Structural Family Trained.
I was raised in Northern California and have lived in Israel, Mexico, Costa Rica, New York and now New Jersey. I am an active volunteer with New Jersey Search and Rescue. I was a Youth Representative for the American Dairy Goat Association, the Premiere Youth Exhibitor at the California State Fair and a California State Diamond Star.
